Raffle & Silent Auction Donations
Looking for a distinct way to get your products or services noticed? We are actively collecting high-value prize items, gift certificates, corporate services, or physical merchandise lots for our live raffle drawings and silent auction layout during the 2:30 p.m. post-round festivities. All donor businesses receive direct recognition announcements during the final awards presentation, and promotional literature can be displayed directly at the central prize tables.
Sponsor Table Setup Logistics
For Silver, Gold, and Major partners utilizing on-course hole table setup structures, please note that sponsors must provide their own pop-up tents, tables, and chairs. Hole setup operations can begin as early as 7:00 a.m. All tournament fees and corporate accounts are processed directly through the main golf shop.
